UWO partners with Avid

The College Music Society (CMS) and National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) have formed a partnership.  These two great organizations are now working together, through the CMS Music Business & Industry committee (of which I’m a member) to create meaningful opportunities for students to interact with the products side of the business.  Catherine Radbill, a leader in the field and Professor at NYU, is creating a pilot study where universities would partner with a NAMM company to give the students a lot of contact with the industry.  I’m extremely excited to have UWO be a part of this pilot study and am pleased to announce that we are partnering with Avid.
